What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker reports, which are victim accounts and not court findings, describe one operation changing names: 1055651 (9 September 2025, Time Trends Media, reported loss $4,600) says funds were moved to “Xael-Ai”; 1055645 (9 September 2025, reported loss $900, phone (332) 250-5182, timestrenmg.com) says the scheme was renamed xael-ai and that paying or recruiting was required before anyone could earn; 1107777 (17 November 2025, reported loss $600) and 1109536 (19 November 2025, reported loss $2,480) describe Apex Alliance Club, a leader “Mark Johnson”, an Optimus Prime platform, and a rename to XAEL AI after withdrawals were blocked.
  • BBB Scam Tracker 1291528 (15 May 2026) names https://www.xael-ai.net/index.html, a Telegram job offer, a mentor “Toby”, and a reported $500 that the complainant says landed in a Kraken wallet the complainant could not access. That URL is the one this page uses. The other reports did not all name it.
  • The dollar figures and the personal names are the complainants'. No regulator warning was located in this pass. A group that renames itself when withdrawals stop is the pattern those reports share.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a task or signal group that used to have another name
  • a balance that moved to Xael AI without a withdrawal
  • a demand to pay or to recruit before money can leave
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Xael AI account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at xael-ai.net. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Xael AI.

Xael AI says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
