  • FCA clone warning, published 6 October 2026: VFM Leasing is not authorised. The FCA says fraudsters are using that name, telephones 01518084445 and +447537130280, and the website venusfleetmanagement.com, while pretending to be an authorised firm. A clone warning, not a criminal conviction. No Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover if you deal with the clone.
  • The same notice names the genuine firm: Venus Fleet Management Limited, FCA firm reference 659744, Castlefield House, Chapel Street, Bingley, West Yorkshire, BD16 2AL, telephone (+44) 1274270859, website venusfleetmanagement.co.uk. The FCA says that firm has no connection with the clone.
