What the notices say

  • Trustpilot, 25 October 2026: the swaponix.io listing carries unfinished-swap complaints. The score was not printed on the capture used for this file.
  • Trustpilot review, 4 February 2026: Wanted to swap ATOM to USDT, I paid them 30,000$. The exchange page shows they got the money. I've sent 10 emails in the past two weeks - never heard from them. The $30,000 figure is the reviewer's.
  • Trustpilot review, 2 October 2025: They didn’t pay me about $15,000. On October 2, 2025, I created a request to exchange 47.347 XMR for USDT (ERC20). I transferred the XMR to their wallet, but I never received the USDT. Those figures are the reviewer's.
  • Trustpilot review, 6 April 2026: I exchanged XLM to BTC yesterday. Until this moment exchange isn't completed. exchange ID: 8549. That is the reviewer's account.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a no-account swap at swaponix.io
  • an order page that shows the coins arrived, then silence
  • a video of the wallet demanded after the swap fails
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Swaponix account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at swaponix.io. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Swaponix.

Swaponix says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
