What the notices say

  • Forex Peace Army scam finding, 7 November 2014: FxSystems and the brands 1LotSTP.com, 1PipFix.com, 2PipFixed.com, 4RunnerForex.com and LoyalForex.com. The finding says a claimed Nevis licence was not real, and that a site called NFACS had been copied from a Russian regulator's site to look like supervision. Three Traders Court cases ended in guilty verdicts after the company did not reply, including a 1LotSTP account suspended over an arbitrage claim and two 4RunnerForex withdrawals that did not complete.
  • The FPA's later review pages say the sites went offline and the companies appeared out of business. A dropped name can be registered again. The finding is about that operation.
