Yes. Ontopxglobal is the site at ontopxglobal.com. OneGold, the precious-metals service, is a different company and is not this domain The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid ontopxglobal.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker 1150849 (3 January 2026) is a victim account, not a court finding: the complainant dealt with “OneGold” through Telegram, at https://www.ontopxglobal.com. A high-volume transfer froze the account. A 10 percent identity check was then required, stated as $5,326.02, to be deposited from a bank account. Reported loss $53,260.23. Phone (360) 720-6819.
  • Those figures are the complainant's. The real OneGold service is not this website. A Telegram chat that uses the name is not that company.
  • No regulator warning naming ontopxglobal.com was located in this pass. Template trust-score pages were not used.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a Telegram contact using the OneGold name and the domain ontopxglobal.com
  • an account frozen after a transfer
  • a percentage of the transfer demanded before it will move
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Ontopxglobal account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at ontopxglobal.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Ontopxglobal.

Ontopxglobal says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
