What the notices say

  • Shin Min Daily News, reported via Stomp, 24 October 2026: a man surnamed Chen was added on WhatsApp to a group called Market Insight Academy S20 after he installed a legitimate investment app. The group promoted a Securities Market Development Plan, or EQDP, and named stocks. Chen says he bought those stocks on two platforms from 3 September 2026, putting in S$44,000, and the prices then fell. The group then pitched an AI scheme with 300 slots and daily returns of 7% to 14%, and told him to open an app called Act Sentiqra. He transferred S$20,000 between 6 and 13 October 2026 to bank accounts the group gave him. Singapore Police Force Anti-Scam Centre stopped a further S$40,000 transfer and told him those two accounts had already been reported for receiving scam proceeds. Police confirmed a report was lodged and investigations are ongoing. Those figures are Chen's account as printed by Shin Min. This is a press account, not a criminal conviction.
  • Lianhe Zaobao, 24 October 2026: the same Market Insight Academy S20 name, the Act Sentiqra app, the 7% to 14% daily-return pitch, and the Anti-Scam Centre call.
  • Landmark Family Office Limited, LinkedIn public statement: the Hong Kong firm says scammers used its name and the name, photograph and biography of its chief investment officer, Alfred Tang, in a Singapore WhatsApp investment group. The company says it has no affiliation with those individuals, applications or schemes, does not solicit through WhatsApp, and does not operate apps that ask for direct deposits. Its official site is landmarkfo.com. Landmark Family Office Limited and Alfred Tang are not this group.
  • This page is the WhatsApp group Market Insight Academy S20 named in that Singapore reporting. It is not Market Masters Academy, not Market Insight Group from a 2022 Australia cold-call report, and not a finding against every Telegram channel using a similar name. No regulator warning naming Market Insight Academy was located in this pass.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a WhatsApp add into Market Insight Academy S20 after you installed a trading app
  • a stock pitch, then Act Sentiqra and a bank transfer the group gave you
  • a professor or Hong Kong CIO in the group, gifts or check-in points, then a further transfer
Our process

From digital shadow to admissible evidence

We investigate losses as a cybersecurity company. We turn the date, how you paid, and the public record into a file the bank, the card scheme, a lawyer, or the police can read. We do not replace those channels.

1

Free initial look and case triage

It starts with a conversation, not a contract. You send the date, how you paid, and any chat or screenshot you still have. We look at the digital footprint and tell you whether the file has something to investigate. The first look is free.

2

Digital tracing

We work from records, not guesses. Company registries and stated addresses. Regulator lists. The KYC/AML registration they used to stall a withdrawal — we read that paper trail; we do not complete it for them. If you paid in crypto, we trace and tag the wallets. Network artefacts: domains, servers, and the payment trail you already created.

3

The person behind the shell

Operators hide behind shell names and anonymous accounts. We map identity from the public record, the infrastructure, and your file: who controls the brand, which entities sit together, and which devices or logins appear in the trail.

4

The forensic report

Findings go into one chain-of-custody file: identity of the operator, the payment trail, domains and servers, and anything that ties an account or a device to the loss. The report is written so a lawyer, a judge, a bank, a card scheme, or a regulator can read it.

5

Where the file goes next

We tell you which desk the file belongs on — the bank or the card scheme, the police, a lawyer, or a regulator. We do not replace those channels. We investigate, we write the file, and we guide the next step.

Ready to see what the file can show? Send the date and how you paid. The first look is free.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is Market Insight Academy a legit broker?

A first-tier register match, a licence you typed yourself, and a payout that reaches an account you own is one file. A screen balance and a fee to leave is another. Market Insight Academy is a WhatsApp group named Market Insight Academy S20 in Singapore press, which then sent a victim to an app called Act Sentiqra. The notices are in the block above. Send the date and how you paid.

Can you close my Market Insight Academy account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at no confirmed website. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Market Insight Academy.

Market Insight Academy says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We investigate losses as a cybersecurity company. We place what you send next to the record above. We do not replace the bank, the card scheme, or the police. The first look at the file is free.

How does your process work?

Free look first: the date, how you paid, one screenshot. Then we trace registries, the KYC/AML paper used to stall a withdrawal, domains, servers, and — if you paid in crypto — the wallet trail, tagged. Then we write an identity, payment, domain and server report for the bank, the card scheme, a lawyer or the police. We do not replace those channels.
