Yes. FINAEU (aka FINA-EU, FISEU, FINSEU, FIN-EU, FINS-EU, FIN-AU) is not a broker at all — a fake European “regulator” that invents licences for scam brokers, with at least six alias names The notices are written once, in the block below. If you paid fin-eu.com, the date and how you paid are the part this review cannot see.

What the notices say

  • BaFin warning (2024) confirming FINAEU is not a legitimate European securities regulator — cited by RatEx42/FinTelegram (3 Sep 2024) and traderhelpbook (Feb 2026).
  • OSC investor warning of 29 Jan 2026 listing the full alias set; RatEx42's investigation documents a fake authority at fin-eu.com claiming to license 85+ brokers.
  • The network is visible in the wild: fake “regulator profiles” for FINAEU hosted on brokers' own subdomains (fina-eu.orbita-x.com, documented in the Orbita-X review, 17 Sep 2025), and Royal Stone Group hosted a forged “Finseu Licence” PDF on its own site.
  • Educational anchor: FINAEU, CARFIS and AUFINS are invented bodies — the only real Canadian self-regulatory organisation is CIRO; no European securities regulator operates under any of these names.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my FINAEU (aka FINA-EU, FISEU, FINSEU, FIN-EU, FINS-EU, FIN-AU) account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at fin-eu.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as FINAEU.

FINAEU (aka FINA-EU, FISEU, FINSEU, FIN-EU, FINS-EU, FIN-AU) says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
