What the notices say

  • BBB Scam Tracker 1071699 (2 October 2025), 1138147 (21 December 2025) and 1166710 (15 January 2026) are victim accounts, not court findings. The URL fields include https://www.cfiled.com together with skeeapp.com. Business names on the forms are Celtic Finance Institute and, on one form, Skee-Pro operating on Starlink Exchange. Reported losses on the forms are $200,000, $4,500 and $500,000.
  • The pattern in those accounts is an on-screen profit, then a fee, a tax or a verification charge demanded from new money, then a locked or cancelled account. The on-screen balances are not money that was shown to exist outside the app.
  • Starlink, the satellite service, is not Starlink Exchange. No regulator warning naming cfiled.com was located in this pass. A recovery-blog write-up of the domain was not used.
