  • FCA clone warning, published 7 September 2026: Capital Zodiac is not authorised and may be targeting people in the UK. Websites capitalzodiac.com, capitalzodiac.net. Telephone +33179976683. A clone warning, not a criminal conviction. No Financial Ombudsman and no FSCS cover if you deal with the clone.
  • The same notice names the genuine firm: Zodiac Partners Ltd, FCA firm reference 806702, Dixon House 5th floor 1 Lloyds Avenue London City Of London, EC3M 5JD, UNITED KINGDOM, telephone +4402083966888, website www.zodiacpartners.co.uk. The FCA says that firm has no connection with the warned name.
  • No victim dollar figure is printed. None was on the notice.
