What the notices say

  • Trustpilot, 25 October 2026: bit2pal.com is rated Average at 3.7 / 5 from 20 reviews. The company text says crypto-to-PayPal, +9 percent above market, no KYC, no signup, and PayPal fees covered.
  • The homepage, checked the same day, repeats no KYC, no signup, +9 percent, 11,860 completed exchanges, and $3.07M+ cashed out. Those figures are the site's. They are not a regulator finding.
  • Trustpilot review, 31 August 2026: the writer says two months of Telegram and email messages after a payout, with no money sent. That is the reviewer's allegation. The company reply says it could not identify the order.
  • Trustpilot review, 24 May 2026, updated 9 July 2026: Lynn says a transfer problem, then silence, then the order vanished from the login. That is the reviewer's allegation.
  • A December 2025 cluster of short five-star notes praise the extra rate. Those reviews are on the page. They are not treated here as proof the desk is safe.
Loss or this pattern

A trading loss and this pattern are not the same

A trading loss is a real position that moved against you. You can see the trade. The pattern below is a different event.

  • a no-KYC crypto send to a PayPal email
  • a promised rate above the market
  • a Telegram or live-chat payout that does not arrive
FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you close my Bit2Pal account, or have the person who phoned me call again?

Forensics Source Group is not affiliated to this broker. We do not hold an account at bit2pal.com. We cannot confirm a balance, close an account, or phone you as Bit2Pal.

Bit2Pal says I must pay a tax or fee before withdrawing — should I?

No. A real broker deducts a fee from the balance. A new payment to release your own money is a second charge. Keep the message that asked for it.

What do you do with what I send?

We place it next to the record above. Where the same payment shows up from other people, those files can sit together as a class action. The first look is free.
